This privacy policy sets out when and how Bleu Bridal Gowns Ltd. obtains, uses and protects your personal information.

When contacting Bleu Bridal Gowns Ltd by phone, email, via contact forms on the Bleu website or at wedding fayres, you will be providing a variety of personal details. Bleu Bridal Gowns Ltd. may only use this information with your permission, for example to arrange an appointment, update you about an order you have placed or to market new products.

Personal data is stored at Bleu Bridal Gowns offices in a secure cloud based storage system and paper form; personal data is used solely by Bleu Bridal Gowns Ltd. Personal data is permanently removed by the company when a bride no longer requires the services of Bleu Bridal Gowns Ltd. whilst also complying with HMRC time scales to retain relevant paperwork. While measures are in place, it should be noted Internet-based data transmissions via email or website may in principle have security gaps, absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
